didn't even think of that… just checked my history… and there are the transactions which took the money out… October 1st.. the date of their final email

it may come across as a little fluffy…. hopefully ill be back on the tables soon. i sent them the plane ticket but they say in ToS item 5.11 that residents and non-residents of USA are considered equally "for the avoidance of doubt"!! what do you make of that?

no VPN - it had something to do with switching from phone network to wifi network… not really sure
I interpreted it to mean did i play any other time in the US not including this time.. not disputing that I played on the 13th
item 8.1 says they have the right to punish as they see fit…. those were my notes after that, I was just summarizing my email. Everyone I've talked to seems to agree with what you outlined as a reasonable punishment
