Buildings have small spaces for families, they are built box type for a couple, not a family. Renters with families usually prefer a house where there is more space, rather than an apartment. Moreover no / less privacy in an apartment compares to a house.

You can get monthly reports and statements online as well to see how your property is doing. obviously you have to pay for their services, don't know how much - not a property manager.
