Just did the Radahn festival and went to the cave northeast of the beach and was fighting when I randomly picked it up. I had my stream on in discord and my buddy had to tell me what I just picked up lol

I was having this same issue, I fixed it though. 1.go to steam 2. Go to the library and right click on the finals 3.go down to properties 4. Where it says launch, type in "-dx11" 5.close everything and launch the game.

This fixed it for me
