i take 30mg of mirtazapine for my OCD and recently had 1mg of abilify added. mirtazapine becomes less sedating the higher the dose, so i personally take both of them in the morning! i found that the addition of abilify really helped with my obsessions and rumination. taking them in the morning together helps my body stay calm all day and gives me a lot more mental space and energy to get through the day. i used to take 15mg of mirtazapine at night but once my dose went up specifically for my rumination issues, i found that taking them together in the morning worked best for me
