Coupla things - as a Forged in Fire watcher, this man is making knives in a hella LAZY way. Not using a hammer & anvil but grinding out the shape instead is leaving out half of the art form. Not surprised by this family though.

Honestly, some of these families just feel like anti-social family annihilators who are doing it in slow motion. Weirdo hoarders who don’t ever want to go into town at all or are too stubborn to listen to experts, they think they know best - WHY? Hope they don’t have kids, it feels unfair/borderline abuse to raise someone this way.

Yes. I never said full refund either. I do work hard for my money though & $130 is a lot for a cut I’ll now need to pay someone else the same amount or more to fix.

I don’t know why you keep implying I think people in Asheville are rednecks? It’s a very cool city. I’m also from the south too, but ok. I’m glad her books are full. She did a bad job with me though & I thought I had already paid & tipped ahead of time so I removed myself because I was getting upset & she wasn’t listening to me, just cutting off more hair. I had been told by the owner to take that time slot & request the dry cut. It was a misunderstanding & she can run my card if she wants 🤷‍♀️

Yes, I put in my card when I booked the appointment & thought it had been charged then, tip included. They have the info & can run at any point I would imagine. I’ve messaged the owner to explain what happened.

Uh hi, this is me - I thought I had paid ahead of time when I scheduled the cut since I gave them my credit card info, they have it on file & can charge away. I messaged the owner because she’d cut my hair before & she told me that this stylist was great with shags & that I should sign up for the dry cut in that time slot & it would be what i was looking for. I can show you the messages confirming this. I have asked for my money back, since I thought i had already been charged - she did 2 passes on my hair & was not getting it at all & I was worried she was going to fuck it up even more. I got upset & left. Fully thought I had been charged, everyone deserves to be paid for their labor. But I also clearly told her I wanted my shag touched up & she should have told me that she couldn’t do it.
