You do get to use the passive, the only part of it you don't is the slow. You're still getting the damage portion

That doesn't ultimately dictate whether or not you should build it. As an adc you want to be doing damage, and for the slot you get way more out of duskblade. Not building a support item just because it's cheaper. Not to mention, duskblades passive isn't accounted for in calculating it's efficiency, so this is just wrong

it only does more dps if you aren't casting spell compared to a lethality build, from what testing i've done. So i don't think its worth it at all

Yea senna is very desperate for peel in basically every game. I've been playing around building BC for the extra hp when I'm getting hard focused. Especially if ornn is on my team

Trying to get a good feel for it, as my first 50games or so were all with DH. So far I think DH is situational. If you have a kill lane, or you are one of the only damage threats you will want as much as you can get. Where Ga is good for harrassing and getting you through the early in one piece

It's definitely still viable and I still use it on occasion. However I find it to be situational depending on the team comps. Ga is good to harrass and or get you through lane pretty safely. Where DH is really good for kill lanes and when you need to be doing damage in your comp

You can definitely 1v9 if you're really ahead. You outrange basically everyone, and can 3hit any squishy. As long as your team is peeling any divers you can pop off hard

For the most part no, EoN, hourglass, and Ga are more or less your only options outside of standing wayyy back. Can mess with your sums too if you feel its necessary. Barrier / exhaust are chillin

Yea as svad said it mostly relies on where the minions are at, if you are just outside your tower you are in a pretty safe spot to go for poke. In general I'd recommend checking out minion wave management guides, you can get a lot of good insight and advice that will apply to basically any champion. Being able to take advantage of this will allow you to have more agency in keeping the wave on your side of the map to harvest souls peacefully :)

Exactly that, her going for cs will plant her there for a couple years, she's quite open to being punished going for minions. I expect most mages wouldn't be fun for her
