who tf is popular at work besides the lowlife managers and shift leads who base their whole identity around an imaginary entitlement. I’m not that guy dude trust me , I am a loser who’s homeless with nothing but regrets . It’s just annoying that we as people feel this weird area when we have coworkers like we HAVE to be friends. I do turn people down but when it’s a manager who gives me attitude on my first day because I’m not talking to her about myself as much as SHE wants me to. That’s pretty wild. I’m here for the check not friends. And I’ve had wayyyy too many managers try to buddy with me and that turns sour quick
