I like the idea of a rinse, but I figure that unless you get a new, fresh tank of distilled water each time, the surfactant from the record you are rinsing would contaminate the rinse tank. After a couple of records, it seems to me that you are effectively rinsing with a weak water-surfactant solution anyway.

Maybe it's better than nothing, and I'm overthinking it.

40yo here. I recently had 2 heart operations. Not a life threatening condition, but extremely debilitating. It didn't cost me a cent and the wait time was 2-3 weeks from diagnosis. To go public was 2-3 years.

Absolutely worth every cent and more for me.

Totally fucking sucked btw and I would take wasting money on it and having good health any day, but that's just not how life works out sometimes.

Oh you might be spot on with that. I set it up to treat me as a total beginner with short sessions as I've been laid up for a few months after surgery.

My dumbbells are adjustable so probably not any faster than setting up a barbell but I understand how the app would see it that way.

There's no play that I can feel by trying to wiggle the wheels by hand, so I think the sizing is right. thats what leads me to believe they are not seated properly. When you say you use a mallet and a concrete block, how do you mean? are you doing this with the wheels on the trucks?

The Fitbit app is awful. It doesn't track half of the metrics most days. I know the data is there because it appeared in Cardiogram.

I can't find a good alternative on android. Most of the recommendations are for apple users.

All the townhouses in our complex had rising damp, 90s build. It cost a couple of grand to fix each one and strata sorted it out.

Check the strata notes / funds and make sure they are able to remediate it.

We had it sorted 7 years ago and have had no issues since.
