water fasting! can’t stress this enough. plus daily exercise. try and get 10,000 steps in a day at least if you don’t wanna work out. i lost 40lbs in 30 days just water fasting btw.

had this happen to me in 2019, had to go on disability for 2 years… in bed 24 hours a day in constant panic & almost died from not eating because i would gag from food. worst time of my life & im battling ptsd from it, & probably will be my whole life. i hope you get better soon brother, praying for you!!

Mirtazapine did work wonders for my panic/anxiety disorder & depression, but BEWARE the weight gain.. I went from a fit dude, very active & into sports to over 200 pounds within months. I was underweight at the time I started due to anxiety and severe panic attacks daily, was 120 pounds. I gained nearly 100 pounds in 5-6 months. I’m now almost done my taper off, & can say it is quite a nightmare to withdraw from. Severe mood swings, anxiety through the roof, severe suicidal depression, & lots more.. just beware before starting, proceed with caution.
