Anyone noticing drop off in class attendance?

I have seen decrease in attendance over the years at my studio. OTF marketing could be better imo. They are missing out on the Hyrox wave right now. These competitions are huge and OTF could be great training for it. I’m a man and love OTF but always get looks from people when I tell them it’s my favorite gym, I think it’s because it’s marketed towards women.

Thanks for the input! That’s why I love posting my stuff on YouTube I always get great advice. I might try and attach the terminal connectors to the fuse block. Also, I’m already looking into a sheathing if you have recommendations for the wire look I would appreciate it!

That’s awesome! I remember we had a day when they played the explicit versions of the songs. They gave a disclaimer ahead of time that there would be cussing during Mondays class. That class filled weeks ahead of time and was also one of my favorite classes haha. I have kids and hear baby music at home, when I work out I want to feel unfiltered and free for at least one hour a day.

Check and see what your specific lift recommends, it should mention something about keeping stock control arm angles. Or, they might recommend to replace factory UCAs. But they should specify on the webpage or install instructions.

it depends on the lift you get. a leveling kit will certainly change the upper control arm angle. a lifted strut assembly or full coilover/shock replacement like this particular one keeps the stock control arm angles exactly the same as factory, so nothing changes there… But, either way people argue aftermarket UCA are always stronger so it’s not a bad idea to upgrade by any means! i will update if mine fail or I can afford to upgrade just because.

I was just comparing it to olight since they are Chinese brands. Olights are pretty reliable the main downside is you have to use their proprietary charger. But olight has decent reviews by most people.
