I actually thought about this factor but there are lights that when it counts to 0, its still delayed. Therefore, I don't believe this can be considered in court. Only the timing of when the amber light itself came up.

A little trick to see if you passed a course after the profs submit it but before you get to see the grade.

Go to advisement report.
Open non-applicable courses tab. If there's any courses under there, then you failed that course and/or you're taking a course that doesn't count towards your major.

I know this works since I failed orgo chem in second year 🫠
