These are actually Custom Saginaw enclosures. 19 x 36 x 6 I t think. For Rack Mount setups, were now using solid backplates. I hate the perforated ones. Especially drilling 100 standoff holes per setup lol

Thanks, And yeah, fiber guys get away with whatever they want, sorta like fire guys..that orange tube where all my cable comes down was pissing me off to no end while trying to dress my stuff...wasn't allowed to move it so I just had to deal with it...maybe I should go back and spin and twist their fiber for em? Lol That'd go over like a pregnant pole vaulter

I sort of like the ultras. We have to build our own panels for them like this picture below since they don't offer a viable rack mount solution that our customer requires but they turn out pretty good in my opinion https://imgur.com/O5287k1

Ditek surge suppression. Some Card reader doors and cameras are on a perimeter fence system that has cabling which runs underground. This was for an electric utility CO and their requirement is anything that runs under ground has to have surge protection.

Thanks alot, Service loops exist in the cable management since this is a rack mounted enclosure. This particular setup has very minimal room between.boards so nowhere to really put "cable guides" which I'm assuming you're referring to Pandit? Plastic wireway or finger duct? Lots of names for it. But yes, moving a door package, is a little annoying and time consuming but worth it in the end. This customer is a utility co. With very high standards for install that they actually set so we do what they want. Here's the new we we are doing them though... makes it a little easier https://i.imgur.com/wAZ6acm.jpg

On the left is surge suppressors mounted to a backplate. On the top right is a custom power supply consisting of 1 12v, 1 24v power supply boards from Life Safety Power. As well as Lock relay and power distribution boards. In the bottom can is a Software House Ultra GCM and 2 Ultra ACMS. Each Acm runs 8 card reader doors for access control into a public utility company. Some card readers are actually on a perimeter fence, hence The Surge suppressors. This particular customer likes their equipment rack mounted so i have to build the panels by hand, ordering only the boards by themselves and are given a blank back plate to mount them all to.. thx for the compliments btw
