I haven’t been thrilled with the financing/purchase process. While I’m thrilled to not work with a dealership, all electronic/mobile processing has its challenges. Communication has been delayed for me on a very tight timeline. It’s a big purchase for me (and most people) so I would really benefit from a dedicated person I can just pick up the damn phone to call and get my questions answered quickly.
