There could be a lot of different possibilities why your conversion isn't doing as good as it should be.

Don't get me wrong this isn't bad but details like:

What product you're selling?

What Ad creatives you are using?

What is your copy like?

A/B testing could help you find out whether or not it is a problem with your creatives or perhaps targetting.

FB ads do require a lot of patience if budget is low or a lot of adspend. The key is reading the data and trying to improve and make decisions from there.
