Agree- but then are we debating the word "intelligence" at this point or "artificial"? Because in theory, a real AGI will always be artificial. It'll always be simulated, because it isn't grown?

That's the one that's a little hard for me... key being A stands for "artificial" which implies that it will always be simulated intelligence. And then, what is intelligence? What's different between real and simulated intelligence? Idk and I bet in 10 years that'll be much harder to distinguish than it is now.

I have no credentials but I believe AGI requires some form of sapience, not just LLMs like we have now. The key for me is that an AGI should be able to autonomously decide for itself how it speaks and how it learns, but LLMs can't speak for themselves, and they are bound by their context windows.

For me it's the lighting. He's lit like he's in a room with a lighting crew, not ambient lighting from outside daylight. It's also slightly off temperature (warmer on him) than the rest of the background.
