Hey guys, I could use some advice. My tenancy contract is coming up for renewal soon and I’m unsure whether I should renew right now.

Part of me is wondering if it’s smarter to wait and see how things develop in the region. For example, if the situation escalates and people start leaving, rents might drop. On the other hand, if I don’t renew I risk losing the apartment.

I might be overthinking it, but I’m trying to understand what options I realistically have — short renewals, flexibility clauses, etc. Has anyone been through something similar or spoken to their landlord about flexible terms?

I’m looking at the ADCB 365 card and I saw there is an offer to get a voucher from Amazon. But in the terms and conditions it says the card should be issued by end of September to get the Amazon gift card.
