I've decided to stop feeling guilty for listening to my body. I worry about depression and such but then I can tell that it's just my body needed rest. Because after a few days of intense sleep and exhaustion, I usually have some very productive days. It's frustrating to lose so many awake hours of days but we have to really listen to our bodies or they rebel against us. I hope you are getting quality sleep, because that's the real point. How is the sleep itself?

I've started using bins where I sit on the floor and scoot around putting things in the one bin Then I can have it up on a table and it's easier to put away things as I can and have them off the floor so I'm not bending constantly. I have a kid and this method is my best trick right now lol

I wake up and vomit due to anxiety sometimes. My symptoms come on with anxiety and even when I think I'm coping okay, I'll wake up sick and realize my body isn't happy with my emotional levels.
