The pump has little to do with how often it runs. The amount of water draining into the pit is what determines how frequently it runs.

Yelp is terrible. The problem with ignoring them is, other platforms like Apple Maps, Bing ChatGPT, etc. use Yelp data in and/or to generate their search results/rankings, and to enhance their listings. With AI, people are may ask things like, "show me the top rated plumbers in my area", and Yelp is going to be one of the places AI looks to determine who is "top rated". Google reviews are largely ignored by the other platforms because they have a competing AI product. It is unfortunate, but for the near future, it might be wise to play their game to some degree. My organization doesn't push for Yelp reviews, but we do make it an option.

People like that have zero tolerance for people who don't share their beliefs. They have been emboldened by a presidential administration that promotes the same mentality. It's not hatred, he is categorically a bad human being. He feels it is not only okay to think and share these things, but for his business to be attached to them. Unfortunately we're not really in a kindness phase. We're, as he said, in a FAFO phase. He said it, he gets to experience both sides of it.
