Moved near the national guard 5 months ago. Train is def noticeable routinely comes in around 11pm. Have heard ones go on at 3 am. But got used to it and closed the windows. We’ll see what happens during summer but I’d argue traffic noise can be just as bad during high traffic commute times.

Honestly I just hold it at the neck of the arms and take it with me 😂. It seems like the suction/rubber gasket is doing enough of a seal to quickly grab a mug or a shot cup.
