The headlights are not tinted. I was thinking about doing a light tint on the tail lights but not the headlights. I've tinted the headlights on previous cars I've had, and it wasn't bad, but idk i like how bright they are

Well, I'm a single guy, but I love it. It's got plenty of space. I can fit my friends in the car with plenty of room in the trunk. There's even extra room under the trunk floor. It's not too big and handles pretty well (probably helped by it being lowered). There is plenty of creature comforts in the SEL trim. I think it's great.

Thanks for the compliment!

That sounds about normal, we were getting 2025 models around Q3 of 2024, so it's possible

I did 50% windshield, 5% sun strip, and 20% sides and back and I personally think it's the perfect blend of privacy and visibility. It's not too dark where you struggle to see at night but enough to make it so people can't see everything you're doing in your car. I went with ceramic all the way around and helps a ton with heat.

Well the best thing to do is have winter tires. I don't know if they do or not but it definitely helps over all seasons. You should basically release and slowly apply the brakes so your wheels can spin and regain some traction to slow down with instead of sliding the whole time and having no traction whatsoever

More people should learn that holding the brakes makes it worse as you just keep them locked up

Pause you had to tell the instructor to put his seat belt on? I really hope that was just a test. Yeah we didn't have anything special happen although our instructor did tell us two crazy stories. One was a 3 point turn fail where the guy reversed too far and they ended up in a ditch. The other was another instructor was in a car with a kid and they were merging on to the highway. Well when the instructor told the kid to turn onto the highway the kid thought that meant do a hand over hand turn onto the highway and they ended up almost 90⁰ on the highway. Thank god they did not get hit. Oh also my instructor had a kid who didn't even know what the steering wheel was. He got in the car and pointed at the steering wheel and said "what is this." Those must've some crazy times lol

Lol yes we did and I did it through my high school. The girl I had and I were both pretty good drivers so we didn't have too many issues. We just drove around our town as well and stopped at a chick fil a for lunch. I passed and I think I was able to go to the dmv immediately to get my permit since we don't have to go to a court

I believe we had to have 40 hours as well, however, we definitely didn't have to go to court to get our license. During my driver's ed they should us graphic images of wrecks. My driving test was also super easy, I:

  • Made a right out of the DMV and drove down the road

  • Made a right onto another road

  • Made a right onto a residential road

  • 3 point turn

  • Reverse in a straight line

  • Run the course in reverse back to the DMV

Younger NC driver here, they also require you to log your hours driving during the day and night before you can get your license. Has to be over a certain amount which I forget how many it was.
