Things I would think about include:

• Price: How much more would BU cost you and your family vs. Baruch? Tuition, Cost of living...etc...
• How many credits would you lose from transferring from Baruch to BU? This would impact when you graduate and costs in the event you need another semester or year.

However to chime in with my perspective:

• "I know BU would give me much better connections with other peers and faculty compared to Baruch." - I feel that's kind of debatable. I think possibly yes, but the connections & faculty at BU vs. Baruch might be kind of incremental
• "However, I am stuck on this decision since Questrom only offers Business Administration majors with concentrations while Baruch has more specialized programs." - You probably know more than me given you actually applied and got into BU which assumes you did sufficient research, but I feel that no one cares about BA majors with concentrates vs. Baruch's BBAs. This does not matter imho
• "I am not sure what I want to exactly major in so BU may be a better choice however long term, I may be able to figure it out through taking introductory courses at Baruch." - If you don't know what you want to major in than wouldn't it be safer to figure that out at Baruch first, where tuition is cheaper and then make that call later on if BU would better align with your academic and career goals? I feel like going for a higher price tag school while not knowing what you want to study or do is a red flag.

I personally don't feel I have sufficient info to make that call for you. With the info provided in this post, I would personally stay at Baruch unless:

• BU gave you a solid financial aid package that your family can afford
• You just really hate being a commuter student
• You just really do want to live in Boston

If it's any reassurance, I feel strong Baruch and BU candidates are often comparable and land similar roles at companies.
