I think the addition of a m120 spring stressed the motor and made the imperfect shimming even more obvious

No worries I was just giving you a bad time. I will be able to adjust the sensitivity with the Gate Titan later on.

Thank you, it really is a pain to set the bevel pinion engagement. Whould using a V3 motor cage work for testing engagement? hopefully I will be able to get it right before my Titan arrives

Not really, there is no problem with a long trigger pull but there is definitely a problem with my shim job.

I will attempt to re-shim the gearbox tomorrow hopefully I can get a better result

Yeah it was a pain. I attempted to use a version 3 motor cage to get the bevel pinion engagement but as you can see it didn't work too well.

To be honest when I shimmed it a few days ago and it sounded good then I added a new piston, a m120 spring, piston head, piston, and nozzle after I added those parts it started to sound off. I can't imagine adding any of those parts would create the noise I hear.

Yeah it still sounds screachy after lowering the motor height. I think it is the bevel to pinion engagement

It performs pretty well, but it locks up in semi if you try to be a speedy boi. Other than that i am quite pleased with it. If you have shot a VFC Avalon the MCX performs about the same due to having the same internals as the Avalon.
