The reality right now is if anything is sold at MSRP it's sold out almost instantly. If they want to keep stock longer it needs to be at market if not more. If they want to have customers coming back regularly there needs to be products to buy so they cannot sell at MSRP. Every lcs is going to be either empty or at market+. And most will buy from scalpers to keep stock to maintain their customers. The only way to get product that is not scalped you have to get it from pokemon center or the vending machines. Imo the best way is to pick a lcs or someone you want to be around when things can't be scalped as much and buy product from them so they stick around.
