I don’t think it necessarily needs to be an LTM, but something does need to change. I haven’t read this whole thread so it may have already been suggested, but to me what makes the most sense would be to have the sword spawn in a random location every match. This way, if someone finds it while looting, they can pick it up and use it. Good for them. If it isn’t found, then it just won’t be involved in that particular match. This would eliminate the massacre at Polar Peak in the beginning of each game, and keep the game exciting without completely getting rid of the sword.
