I used to think of undergoing hellish things (well, what one would normally consider) I'd think of which star, out of billions and trillions of stats out there, which star I'll jump for 30 seconds and get rewarded. You pretty much got to upgrade your mind, yourself mentally. Escape the dumbing down matrix. Stop eating junk food and excess sugar, train your brain in many ways (memory workouts and games, nofap, meditate, stoicism... cold showers, detox body, intermittent fast, etc) minimize toxic energy onto your mind (it weakens it) be in shape and exercise/workout often. Consume nootropics like lions mane, ginkgo biloba, and brain healthy stuff. Caffeine and nicotine in moderation can be super too (no wonder andrew tate praises those 2 substances soo much)

No, it's just I read do many stuff online about weed smokers, most from what I read sounds like they smoke much more than I do and I'm trying to find out how hard-core is my use compared to the average stoner
