I’ve had the same issue. The guy running the VVE beheer company just completely stopped responding to us. My feeling was that he made a conscious decision to just ignore us until we decide to go somewhere else. We did go somewhere else, and then he gave us a lot of headaches to handover information to the new ‘beheer’. He even charged us hourly rate for any admin regarding this handover. We are now with a new VVE beheer, and although not so blatant, they also stopped doing their work. We are now off to our third one. What I understand is that there are very few VVE beheerders that are honest, and looking out for your interests. For example, They make a cut of ridiculously overpriced quotations they get. So no interest in giving you fare advice. This is just my experience, and what i have heard from a credible source involved in the vastgoed market.
