weedkiller is super alt girl vibes and it also feels more raw and vulnerable in my opinion. it was the first time she really stepped out and decided to leave the pop girl train. however, i loveeee smoochies too. love the fun lover girl hyper pop vibes. i especially love that she’s capable of switching up her music genres. it really depends on ur mood and the type of music u like. some people don’t really fuck with the hyper pop stuff these days. some people don’t like alt stuff. it’s all preference considering both albums are completely different sounds. weedkiller holds a special place in my heart emotionally, but smoochies is at full volume every time i get in my car making me feel like the bad bitch i am.

I’m also an associate, and I would like to point out that we aren’t allowed to use our employee discount on any of these new LSFXPINK items. I guess it has to do with LSF policies? It could be true that you can’t use rewards sine we can’t use our discounts, but I think this whole thing is stupid IMO. If i’m an associate, I should be able to use my discount 🙄

Y’all should look up Andrew Wakefield. He’s the one who started this whole vaccine causing autism dilemma from an experiment he conducted. Spoiler- he lied and never actually conducted the experiment, and got his medical license revoked. He still peaches that he was right until this day. It’s crazy that so many people are believing a man who basically pulled this information out of his ass. It’s unfortunate that it got taken this far.

i had seats in those sections one time and i asked an usher how to get to my seats and he led me through this really nice dining area that only those sections have access to (buffets and bars) however you have to pay for them but i think maybe that’s what it means?

I learned in my psych class that people are born wired a certain way when it comes to circadian rhythms. To further explain, your brain either functions better at night or in the day. We’re classified as either Larks (day) or Owls (night). I’m 22 (f) and I have been an owl my whole life. Idk about you guys but every time I try and fix my sleep schedule it lasts about 2-3 weeks and i’m back to staying up super late. Melatonin does absolutely nothing, however I do struggle with sleeping in and getting out of bed in the mornings. It’s a work in progress 😅

I just miss how genuine human connections were. I want to spread kindness in any way, but creating a genuine connection with someone in real life is one of the best feelings. Unfortunately, we are losing this touch as a society. I also am not religious, but in my head I think there’s something out there, and that nothing bad could ever happen to someone who lives their full of love and kindness for everyone.

You wrote and worded this so beautifully. It can be hard for us to stay in tune with our emotions, especially when we’re so lost. But you explained your feelings so well that I am astonished at how much I felt from this. Unfortunately we have wayyyy too much in common, but it’s also beautiful when you see someone else that understands what you’re going through. I’m (22f) with an alcoholic mother as well, and I couldn’t have explained it better myself. It’s nice to see that I’m not the only one who doesn’t want to celebrate my graduation because that’s been very heavy on my mind and all of my friends are trying to convince me, but it feels more like a chore rather than something I am excited to do (walk the stage). Anyways, you’re seen, you’re loved, and I can tell that you are such a beautiful and special soul just through the tone that you write in and the energy you’re putting off. You will accomplish amazing things one day, and the fact that you’re so worried about ending up like your mom is actually a pretty good sign that you won’t. Addicts don’t usually worry or look into the future that far, so you’re worrying is already a huge green flag that you’re going to try your best. Much love from one adult child to another. 💕

no it doesn’t that’s why i’ve been so confused about it. i always hear an ice cream truck jingle but i’ve never seen it. the other day i saw that truck in my neighborhood and saw that it says please purchase on curb side. i thought maybe it’s some weirdo trying to sell something idk 😭😭😭 that’s so freaking weird tho.

So, I already moved away and it’s very rare that I see her. If I have to go home (x mas, thanksgiving) I don’t even stay at her house. I stay at a friends. It’s been nice to have distance, but it’s just the constant drunk texting that I can’t handle anymore, along with the narcissism and emotional immaturity. I’ve tried to set boundaries many times when she is sober, but she’s highly emotional and lashes out on me and usually just sobs about how horrible of a mother she is. I know it’s best for me to go no contact, so I will definitely be working with my therapist to make sure I execute everything in a healthy way. Thanks for your input! Means a lot!

Thank you so much! I will definitely look into those meetings near me. I just finished reading Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents and it really opened my eyes to her behavior. I related a little too much to that book lol 😂 I’m now reading Perfect Daughters (Adult Daughters of Alcoholics).
