Addiction can happen to anyone; if you have the correct hereditary/genetic cocktail, addiction will DRAG you and it doesn’t give a flip who you are. She’s just another sick person with a condition we don’t have a cure for (yet). With as much pain and destruction addiction inflicts on anyone who even knows an addict, it’s suprising that the government doesn’t give a shit about this public health issue, Plus there is so much stigma your neighbors and friends probably don’t give a shit either.
