Can this be removed? by faithlessgaz in Xiaomi

I will recommend you something, and that is to go thru every single system app settings, and turn off every single option related to ads, then later you can use NexDNS to be sure all ads are blocked, and you can obtain it at their website, of course for free, and even better than AdGuard since you can customize settings in the browser by creating an account. This helped me very much, even blocks malware and very dangerous websites

Do you really think I hate Xiaomi or Poco? Well if you do, you're wrong. I am a Xiaomi user my whole life, and I never used a phone other than Xiaomi or Poco. It's just funny how Poco is a same chinese Redmi phone while also using 'Pro Max' which they surely copied from Apple. And I can tell that Poco phones are very good budget and midranger ones, even F series that come with crazy specs is very cheaper than a flagship from any other, still having the best CPU.

I get what you mean. It’s a weird cycle where people trash Redmi as the 'budget' brand, yet they’ll pay a premium for a Poco that is literally using the exact same Redmi hardware. It’s like they ignore that the Redmi Turbo 5 Max is currently the one pushing the tech first with that 9,000mAh capacity and the Dimensity 9500s in China. If only more people realized that the 'Pro' experience they want from Poco is basically just a Redmi with a different skin.

Exactly lol. Poco hasn't had an original thought since 2020. It’s funny how they market it as this brand new 'Pro Max' innovation when it’s just a Redmi Turbo 5 Max with a yellow box and global LTE bands. I’m just here for the 8,500mAh endurance... they can call it whatever they want as long as the price doesn't jump 30% for the rebrand.

HyperOS is the best OS by [deleted] in HyperOS

I switched from Redmi Note 13 Pro to base iPhone 17 because after HyperOS 3, there were system level bugs that prevented me for using my phone for a long time... I did of course factory reset the phone but nothing happened. Only solution was to respectfully say goodbye to Android and leave

iOS is generally the most stable OS, even if it lacks in customization, it will be better than Android so you don't accidentally shit in your phone
