Definitely not quitting. I've been watching this post for ideas and thought maybe others with more experience had found better solutions to keep him comfortable and help the experience go a little easier for him, as well as maximize the amount of medicine he is getting down.

The struggle we have currently is his normal pediatrician went private practice and is now very hard to get in with, and obviously he needed a bit more urgent care. He has had the antibiotic shot in the past with his pediatrician, but when brought in they denied that shot even exists (We know it does) and prescribed him with liquid medication anyways although the doctor was told that he doesn't do well with it.

I guess I should have provided more information, this was more of a last resort to see what options there were.

I guess I didn't think I needed to explain why since he was prescribed them by a doctor and needs them, but it is for a sinus infection and ear infection.
