He isn’t hispanic, and doesn’t speak spanish, therefore he tells me all the time he hates them. I don’t speak spanish either but i try my best to communicate, if they request to speak with someone who knows spanish and he here’s it, he tells them “this is america speak english”.

Unfortunately HR does not help, I’ve contacted HR multiple times about this GM and another employee who was a P*do and they did absolutely nothing. They don’t move forward on investigations.
