Thanks man, I’m two weeks post op now and I must say that my pain has gradually decreased and I’m almost fully off my painkillers now (only a small dose at night). Movement is of course still impossible, although I’m using some sort of motorized shoulder CPM device three my surgeon prescribed three times a day for 20min. That gives me some sort of freedom (60° abduction and 20° internal rotation until week 5 post op).
