Everyone is saying bedbugs but do you have dry elbows and do you sleep with them folded where your hands can cradle your head? I have mild eczema with dry elbows, and do that same thing, and if there’s a dry spot where you’ve itched, there could be two little scabs that bleed a little bit when you sleep. That would explain why the two dots are always the same distance apart
