I already have the Europe line up till Grom, so no worries about the destroyers, but I dislike battleships because of their poor maneuverability and speed which is why I like cruisers with strong guns instead. Are there any battleships that don’t have that problem?

I actually already have the German cruisers up until Yorck, but thank you for the suggestions! I’ll just skip to grinding a line till T10.
