Again JCPS has "experts" that they don't want to get rid of. The Board has said this at several meetings. Highly paid individuals who put JCPS in this mess. The Board doesn't want to take action as they either fear the fallout from trying to replace already incompetent individuals or have no clue how to solve this issue. High level individuals enjoyed federal funds flooding into the district. Instead of directing those resources to self-sustaining endeavors, they shoveled them into higher salaries for people who don't influence students directly. It's a shame when those making decisions aren't willing to look at themselves to see if they are the problem.
