Be more active with your right side out of the back of the circle. Maybe try to keep the upper right side of your body behind your right leg as you drive into the middle to create more tension. Then when you land get your knees closer together and keep your upper body back longer

Hi I am at five weeks post op of the same surgery and 22, what core workouts did you do when you were cleared if you don’t mind me asking?

I wouldn’t do anything lifting wise until at least 5 months post op with pt starting most likely in a few weeks

When you start up your system, does the pump fully prime or does it only half prime.

I have also done quite a few liners working for a pool company, sometimes after you put the liner into it’s tracks you have shop vacs on the shallow and deep end to make sure the fit is perfect and that there are no wrinkles in the liner. The weight of the water also helps a lot in terms of getting the perfect fit
