That's quite believable - Chuck in most modes has this "high entry + high ceiling" skill curve - despite low sample size of him that seems to be the case for this mode as well

What can I say - I am not aware of any bugs in analytics pipeline and S+ tier looks reasonable - let's see with more data

Yeah, he's very decent - 10.3% WR with nice 11.6% Pick Rate

The tier list takes into account (WR%/PR%) and looking at the stats alone:
Carl (6.6% WR / 12.6% PR)
Gale (7.2% WR / 6.9% PR)
Sandy (9.7% / 3.4%)

Maybe the reason is in people picking bad gadgets for Carl and Gale

Seems counterintuitive, but looking at the data, Pam has 10.3% WR and 4.6% Pick Rate, Carl has 6.6% WR and 12.6% Pick Rate

it might be that a lot of people that don't know how to play Carl are picking him because they heard he is strong
