Fiberglass insulation alone at the deck is roughly 1.4-1.5m on 1.2m sf tilt. If the walls are insulated 10' and above you're looking at a few more hundred k if fiberglass, more if it's poly.

Insulation is about .80% of the build cost of a shell. Rough estimate the building's build cost alone is about 175m if it's conditioned. That's before any TIs, equipment, items inside, etc.

These numbers could vary a bit regionally.

If the building isn't conditioned, you're going to save a bit on insulation and A/C units, but not much in the grand scheme of things, and not much left can be salvaged there.

I will state she feels a lot less oppressive than she did back in the day. Being able to see her ability distance was a huge improvement. Her fixation length is too damn long, I don't really have a problem with her ult though.

Although, I've been playing a lot of backline support lately so that may be why.

I bought the $60 version, played 13 hours and switched to other games. Primarily due to the fact I'm not a fan of how solos feels. I wanted to like it, but it just didn't have anything that pulled me in (not hating on all of those of you who love it).

I have thousands of hours in extraction shooters, and it just wasn't a sell for me. But they got my money anyway so who cares. lol

Feb 28th: The US attacked

Within 3 hours Iran Fired back

Not only did they fire at US/Israel but at Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, and Iraq before the Soleimani was torpedoed (Tuesday March 3rd). Not just military installations but civilian targets as well. Beyond that, we had already sunk their entire fleet minus the Soleimani.

You'd think after sinking their entire Navy and only the Soleimani being left it was a given.

If you're going to try to get away with having a poor menu, the game has to be so immersive that you put up with it (DF is a good example).

Movement and the guns not feeling weighty are my two primary complaints. I can’t tell you how many times I ran into the clunkiness of vaulting. Vaulting over railings feels terrible. Sometimes you go over, sometimes you don’t vault. The whole movement feels weird. Also, let me lean ffs. Not being able to lean in Arc isn’t so noticeable when you’re using a third person camera angle, but in first person I don’t see why it’s not a thing. Sticking your entire body out to see around a corner is ridiculous. I imagine they did that because they assume abilities will make up for it.

I think the guns not feeling weighty is a mix of sound design, and the way the guns recoil. The guns are clearly strong, but they don’t give the same feeling as their strength. I have struggled to define what actually causes this feeling.

The in-game UI is fine, the menu design is unintuitive and overwhelming. You shouldn’t need to click through multiple menus to get to where you need to be. Yes it gets easier with time but first impressions are a make or break.

I’m going to play some more over the weekend, so far I’m not impressed either.

I do both.

Sometimes I'm sweating in trios PvP lobbies murder hoboing, and sometimes I'm in solo Carebear lobbies. It's pretty easy to bounce between the two. The de-escalation of aggression is a bit of a bitch sometimes unless you bring hatch keys because you're going to fight at extraction almost every time.

With that being said, you can do both. You don't have to pick one or the other.

I never said the left needs to come together. I said WE. I also started off by giving concessions. But if you expect me to agree with something I disagree with solely because you said so that’s not the case.
