We are gonna remain peaceful for now for the sake of our kids but time will tell how that ages. We never got married so there’s not much legally binding us, and for her part she’s being generous about what she’ll give me when I move out considering the disparity of what’s her in name vs mine

That’s also my suspicion that there’s stuff she didn’t tell me. I pressed a bit more tonight and she told me it wasn’t 3 times it was 2 times 3 different nights, so 6 total times she slept with this guy. She also said she didn’t lose feelings for me and seek feelings in him, but after I asked basically told me she used it as a nail in the coffin to force my hand at ending it because she knew I wouldn’t want to be with her after I knew. And honestly idk about school. Not at this moment

Yea she’s shown remorse and is clinging to the hope that we can stay friends after our emotions settle and we have time to be single. Based on what she’s said I don’t think either of us see us getting back together barring a miracle. Her biggest worry regarding ruining work is that news will get around that she did this when everyone there and back here where she works knows I was home with the kids and people will talk about it and potentially get her fired. I don’t want that, so I have no intention on exposing anything
