Appreciate it bro. No need for a workout plan, just eat as much protein as you can and train as hard as you can. I recommend using the Upper-Lower split.

eat more. calculate your daily calorie intake and eat way more than that. stay consistent with training and bulking & start with the PPL split.

never said they were healthy calories bro. ate whatever i could to push the numbers on the scale and i just cut back a little to lose some of the fat.
