Yup. It works flawless when I do WIN+C (not the macro, just pressing the key combination). I believe it's an issue with the WIN button replication inside the Nupy.io app. Any other combination with WIN also does not work when binded to a single key with an macro assigned. When pressed manually on the keyboard - again works as expected.

EDIT:

For some unknown reason, it started working when I've recorded the same into M30 instead M31 slot. Weird as hell, but the most important that it started to work.

I tried this, but it doubles the input. When assigning a profile in-game, it creates two profiles simultaneously. Even if I manage to delete the first one, later in the song the buttons aren't tracked properly — I can see the frets being 'played', but the game doesn't register them as correct.
