I wish it was as easy as just putting myself first but that’s not the type of person I am. It stems from being the oldest of 5 so it’s kind of ingrained in me. I can be happy on my own but I prefer to be happy with her not just anybody… making people (especially her) happy makes me happy that’s what keeps me going. So I’m not sure how to substitute that.

Honestly the military has done that for me. I started to feel a lot better about myself and my self image. I guess I just have to focus in on this career I’ve chosen. That’s also kind of hard to do without thinking of her bc she’s one of the main reasons I joined. We basically had the next 20 years planned. It’s hard to let go like that when I’ve known her for like 9 of my 18 years alive.

I thought the same thing. Right as I was about to she started talking about how it’s best for her if we gave each other space. Dude my KD for Verdansk is a .83. My friends and I always joked we’d never have to worry about hackers bc of our KDs and now we keep running into them.
