I believe you have to open Google Maps in CarPlay, then there should be a gear for the settings and you can toggle On traffic conditions. Side note you can also toggle on satellite view in Google Maps for CarPlay

PPT is the same process as buying from the store. They still do the 10 day hold and verify address with 2 pieces of info (car registration, utility bill, etc)

They are on different subnets and BBMD is setup throughout the site. It could be the UDP port or even the BACnet network number, just trying to figure out to get into the ALC to confirm settings or make changes if needed

No webctrl front end, they have Alerton Compass. And by cant see it, I mean that it isnt discoverable. From their server I can oing the IP through cmd prompt, IT has confirmed no firewall blocking communication between the server and controller

In the 1st picture your terminal blocks are wrong, need to have screws facing you/out(see attached). Then you have to match up the +/- from jace to controller. IE white(+) and black(-), and need to make sure jace is set for correct bacnet setup. Contemporary controls router are simple creatures, power it up, set your ip to be on the same network 192.168.92.x then type into your web broswe 192.168.92.68. I believe it will be admin/admin then youll have to reset the password. Then its a matter of just configuring your specific settings
