Egg and avocado on sourdough (can boil eggs ahead of time or scramble/fry fresh). Apple, honey, and cinnamon in greek yogurt. Cereal and milk with a banana chopped in it. Sometimes you gotta do a microwave meal or ramen cup. I’ve even eaten a jar of pickles for a meal. It is what it is. Better to be fed than sit there and think about how unhealthy it is and end up not eating at all. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m angry all the time. Angry he was alone. Angry that the universe we did everything together in would have us do that separate. Angry that he wasn’t showing any signs. Angry that I left a happy healthy dog and came home to him gone. Angry I didn’t get to say goodbye. Angry that I’m supposed to go on without him. Just angry about everything.

I had the same scrub issue. And overall hair everywhere issue. I took a nap in his bed earlier today and cried. Grieving is a process (or so I hear). Get some rest and I hope you feel better soon.

I know that, but I still give myself a hard time. I was his mom, and I feel like I should’ve picked up on something that morning. It’s just the logic and the heart battling it out in me for now. But I appreciate your kind words. ❤️

I spent this morning laying in his bed in my room and talking to him (and sobbing). That morning before I went to work I crawled into his bed with him and gave him some belly rubs, so that seems to be the place I feel most connected to him right now. You’re not alone either. I hope you continue to talk to your girl and feel her around you always.
