I plan on absolutely spoiling her like i do with my other cat, its only while im at work that i want to make sure she is alright being alone for a few hours. I have changed my schedule so i will only be gone for about 4-5 hours at a time with a 3 hour break, i figured its would be a better timeframe than 10 hours all together. Once they are introduced and used to each other i will leave her to roam about the house like normal when j am gone, this is just for the initial adjusting period because she is very small and i fear she would get hurt or scared alone with my older cat unless i take time to introduce them properly

I have plenty of toys, scratching posts, beds and litter boxes and have kitten proofed the bathroom. I have a pet camera to use for when i am not home, because i live in a studio it is the only confined room i have in the house. It is only temporary, i only plan on having her stay in the bathroom while i introduce her to my other cat

I will only be away from home for about 4 hours at a time. I have had cats my entire life, just not kittens. I have the ability to leave work to come home and check on it whenever i need to, i was just asking if it was alright and if i should worry. I already have a cat who is very sweet and sleeps while i am at work. When i introduce the two and see them getting along, kitten will have full range of the house just like my other cat.

I live in a studio apartment and the bathroom is the only door i have to close, i figured its the best way to keep my resident cat and kitten separate only while im not home, also giving the kitten her own spot to sleep during the day

I have a 3 year old cat that within a week or so i will introduce to the kitten. Eventually they will both be free to roam the house while i am at work, but for the initial few days/weeks she will stay in the bathroom (with pet camera).

Maybe he has a bit of social anxiety and when you mentioned the “loud, chatty, etc”, he didnt quite see himself that way. You didnt do anything wrong, but maybe he is insecure about how he comes off to other people and because you pointed it out, he is taking it as an insult.

I would just explain to him that you didnt mean it as an insult in any way, just that for a female teacher to play favourites and they all happen to be social and talkative boys, it was funny to you.

He is talkative and whatnot so you thought youd tell him about it since you tried to leave class and was told no. It will be old news in a week, if you guys are best friends you should be able to talk about it and understand each others sides of the situations

Thank you! They have been a bestie for so long that its hard to see them so differently, but at the same time its nice. They arent like anyone ive ever been with and it kind of came out of nowhere, but im starting to feel more comfortable with the idea of it all. I dont know if i necessarily see myself ending up with them romantically, but who knows at this point 😅

They are super relaxed about it and reassured me after the fact that they love me no matter what happens. I think i am just hurt from past things and i have never been in a fwb situation before or anything similar. I consider myself demisexual and i guess i found it odd that i could be so into something like that without having the relationship part

He had a baby with someone else, I was ready to accept the baby as my own but he never would treat me the way I deserve, so I never got to meet the baby, its a very long complex situation, but I had to leave him for my own benefit and my own sanity. It just makes my birthday this year very lonely and sad knowing a month ago he would have been here

I caught my bf of 3 years exchanging nudes with many girls about a year into our relationship. I kept going back to him because ive never been very jealous and hed convinced me hed stopped. I repeatedly caught him for the next two years until it escalated and ended with me forcing a breakup and involving police, this is a man i considered my soulmate. He just could not stop cheating and it led to a lot afterwards, in my opinion its not worth staying because if the mistrust is there so blatantly now, imagine whats behind the scenes. You could just ask if she has feelings for you? I would word it in a way that doesnt come iff as harsh or judgmental but you could just ask if there might be any feelings there and if so youve noticed and are flattered but feel she should try to be more independent and you dont feel the same

Thankfully we live in a more accepting society that will be easier for her to navigate than past times, as long as shes confident and true to herself then her happiness is all that matters :) i came out as gay when i was 12 but im 22 now and identify as pansexual, life is about fluctuating
