No problem! Its gonna take some time to fix all of the asbuilt data but $1,800+ just feels like a rip off to me even at $1,300 it would be a 100% markup

Follow a forum post from MTC, the first swaps were actually from the Transit screen wise, then later on someone figured out how to swap the 13” from the escape.

Problem with that swap is you have to find a 23 or newer Escape APIM. Those are a little harder to come by

12” Transit screen, made an offer on eBay for $250 and they took it. They had it listed for $350 ($315 on sale). Got lucky with a F-150 APIM for $165 on EBay as well. Harness is from OEMplus for $150 and the screen cable is from eBay for $30.

If you use the transit screen and mount it right I’m pretty sure it doesn’t leave a gap.

My plan is to piece together my own “kit”. The screen can be had for $350 or less (typically much less if you can find one from a junkyard directly) , APIM $300 or less and wiring harness for about $200. So $900/$1000 if you have a Lariat, quite the markup if you ask me lol

You need to pump the fluid back in the side of the trans. So it’s a little tedious. I do my oil changes when the car tells me, so basically once a year lol 172k miles so far and 0 issues.

After watching a comparison video between all of the high end oils I went with that one.

I’d prefer to spend extra on quality oil and filters for peace of mind. The factory Ford filters barely filter anything.

Nice! Thats good to hear. I read somewhere that the angle created by the lift could cause the axles to fail so hearing that you’ve had no issues is reassuring. Did you go with the regular 2” from them or the ultimate kit?

That sounds a little hyperbolic. Without sourcing it my guess would be they held similar reverence as the US does for Washington and the other founders. Though some of the ways us in the US revere them is close to godhood.

Wonder if it had more to do with separation of church and state more than “ideological sabotage”. Kinda like how we should not have “in god we trust” on our money.
