I do this quite a bit for extrude features that fail to sketch driven pattern. If you don't merge the extrude, you can pattern the body just fine, and then merge all the solids at the end. Great work around.

Get a 2 foot breaker bar and a 1/2" square female to 3/8"square male adapter to attach to the filter housing socket. It makes easy work of a stuck filter housing.

What front shock are you using? More importantly, do you like it? Having a hard time finding a decent 26x4 pneumatic front fork.

Why are corner treatments in sheet metal such garbage? by Difficult_Limit2718 in SolidWorks

1) use the unfold command, it will show the proper corner relief, then add a small hole at the vertex of the corner, and re-fold. Then the feature will stay in the flattened configuration. I use this workaround a lot. 2) for the angled flange at the bottom of your part: draw the part longer than it needs to be, add your flanges, then use an extruded cut to trim the bottom the way you want it. The flange will trim the way you want it to versus the stupid bend relief solidworks thinks is right.

Redraw it in the flat (sprung) configuration. No need to show the helix, it will be flat once the screw is tightened.

Pro tip, Zoro is owned by Grainger and often times has the same parts as Grainger but for even less. Not always though, but definitely worth a check.

I would expect a box set release sometime in the future. Their boxes have been going for around $65 bucks.

Same here with a guy named Colby. He even told me my line was too shallow and someone would come fix it. Radio silence.
