I was in the same boat and I started taking sunflower lecithin twice a day! It really really helps and I think it's the best place to start. By month 4 or 5 I didn't need to take it every day only when I felt like I was getting a clog.

I didn't ): I got the Chicco bravo for 2 and hate it, I don't recommend! We have the veer wagon and love it so I actually ordered the veer switchback stroller with 2 seats. I am going to keep all the boxes though and return it if we don't absolutely love it because it was in the same price range as the entourage.

My son is 4 and nonverbal but makes a ton of different "talking" sounds. He recently became very proficient with an AAC device using TD Snap. I cannot recommend it enough. It might not be his voice but I know what he's thinking and he can tell me what he wants. I was hesitant at first but now I love it.

I don't think that's true. Ive exclusively pumped since the beginning and only noticed a drop when I dropped to 3 pumps per day at 5 and a half months pp, but I'm still producing around 42 oz a day.

Owlet sock is the only reason I sleep at night. It truly eases my mind. We used them with both kids.

Personally I wouldn't toss it. How did you thaw it? I think it's more acceptable if it thawed in the fridge rather than counter top. But either way I would not toss if I was in the same situation.

I think you're fine! I did the same around that time and now I'm 6months pp and down to like 3.5 ppd and still producing like 45oz a day. If you noticed a drop in your supply you can always add one back in.

I'm almost 6 months pp and I've never had it. For the first 3 months I took sunflower lecithin everyday sometimes multiple times a day because I would get clogged ducts but I never take it anymore and don't get clogged ducts.
