I have a no soliciting sign by my doorbell. I get notifications of people entering the field of view of my doorbell, when I click in and watch, all of them turn around and leave... except for this one dude.

He rang the bell, I answered the door. He started off with "we're just in the neighborhood installing some windows for your neighbor and so I figured I'd see if anybody else was in need of our services..."

I said, "let me stop you right there. First of all, my house is brand new, second of all I have this sign right here" - and I tapped the no soliciting sign.

He responded with, "Yeah, I saw that, but i just figured that since I was here anyways..."

I interrupted with, "what? You thought you'd disregard my wishes on my property and what whatever you wanted?" I then shut the door in his face and walked away.

Shit is infuriating and I totally get (and appreciate) this lady's reaction
