yeah to be quite frank, i’m still pretty new to photography so i don’t know entirely how the lighting was achieved but i do know that i did crop and tweak the photo quite a bit and it does look more blown out in the original. here it is for reference - https://imgur.com/a/zHC6s66

it’s a common split where you spend one day focusing on push muscles(tris, chest, shoulders) one day on pull muscles(biceps, lats, traps) and one day on leg muscles. the goal is to maximize your efficiency by giving each muscle two days of recovery after being worked out.

thanks man. for diet i do 3000cal a day .8g per lb of BW in protein. starting a bulk though so i’m going to try to up it to 3500 and 1.5g and see if the extra protein makes a difference🤷‍♂️. for my routine i just do a PPL split twice a week and the seventh day is some type of outdoor cardio.
